My experience was exceptional and professional. They took care of me as if I were family. Being an out of state resident, they took time to ensure they met my needs, went above and beyond to make my experience memorable and the quality of my furniture is stellar. Not to mention they have furniture books which have the highest quality furniture from around the world and they are decent trustworthy business people. I’m extremely grateful that I walked into their store. I furnished my entire home with them. They have earned my business for life. I’m not one of those buy because of “good price” shoppers. I purchase because of quality only. If you are a conscious, quality shopper, shopping at Regency Furniture in Ewing, NJ is the place you will want to do business. Mahdi was such a pleasure to do business with. I ordered in sept it did take a while due to them not having the specific color I wanted in stock. However due to the delay he though in a free rug for the inconvenience especially since it was around the holiday time. I really appreciated his customer service. When furniture arrived the same day they came to deliver and assemble. I recommend everyone to shop with Regency because not only are they local and accommodating but, I searched high and low for this sectional in this specific color. They had the best prices hands down I couldn’t beat it! So to me it was worth the little wait 🙂
